Senior Process Engineer
As Senior Process Engineer (she/he/they) you will join this enthusiastic team with a mission to engineer the Direct Water Capture (DWC) process installations that produce Green Carbon Dioxide. You will be responsible for the definition and execution of the engineering deliverables. While in 2023 the main focus will be on working DWC units, in 2024 this will shift towards energy efficiency and carbon capture yield. You will be a key member of the Performance Team driving the development of safe technology with focus on standardization, modularization and life cycle performance.
Your Challenges
Are you ready to commit to the following milestones in 2023: implementation of our mid-scale working DWC installation, engineering of our industrial scale DWC installation, and prototyping DWC system for serial production?
In this full time position your main activities will include:
Leading the engineering process in collaboration with the Systems Design and Assembly Engineering Teams.
Exploration of field and simulation data.
Safety assessments.
Delivery of Commissioning & Operating documents.
Defining and executing the engineering deliverables.
Your Background
Open communication style, reflecting and learning in order to be your best self and contribute to your team;
Capable in prompt adjustment of your actions when the direction or priorities switch;
Hands-on team player with a clear eye for operational, and team requirements;
Excellent analytical and reporting skills;
Realized ambitious goals within milestones and project budgets;
At least 7 years working experience, preferably in medium sized or scale-up company;
Seasoned in the field of industrial water and gas processing installations;
MSc in Process and Energy Engineering or Chemical Process Engineering;
Dutch resident, in case of foreign nationality in possession of a valid working permit.
