Step 1: Starting your Application

Hi there! As you probably learned by now, the team at Pure Carbon Blue is very driven and ambitious when it comes to realizing our Mission 2030. Therefore, we are always interested to get in touch with talented experts who feel a strong connection to our mission.

We will screen all applications thoroughly and aim to provide feedback as soon as possible. When we see a potential match with Pure Carbon Blue and your profile, our Talent Acquisition Specialist will set up a call. This will usually take around 30 minutes.
We would like to invite you for a first call to discuss your experience, ambitions and motivation.
Of course, you will also get the opportunity to learn more about our company, our culture, and the job opening. Furthermore, we will also touch upon practical stuff such as (ideal) start date, and salary expectations.

Step 2: Let’s get to know each other better

We strive for an objective hiring process. Therefore, the next step is to assess how you behave under certain circumstances in an online game that relates to the role that you apply for, and the team that you will work with.

The game will be followed by a face to face interview. We would be pleased to meet you in person. Therefore, we would like to schedule a meeting at our office in Amsterdam. In this meeting we will dive deeper into the expectations for the position and your experience. Do you have what it takes? Is the job opening really your next step? Are you ready to propagate our culture? Those are the kind of questions you can expect.

This meeting will be with the Team Lead for this position and one other Pure Carbon Blue colleague. We will schedule 60 – 90 minutes for this meeting. Together, we aim to complete these steps within one week time.

Step 3: Are we in Business?

Upon successful assessment and interview, we would love to invite you in again for interviews with the Team Lead and our CEO. During these final conversations we will discuss your assessment results, your vision about the job and questions that you may have. We want to make absolutely sure we have covered all important topics related to joining our mission successfully. For each meeting we will schedule 60 – 90 minutes.

Within one week the hiring team will debrief, and conclude if you are our preferred new team member for the position. Then, the supreme moment is there: We will give you feedback, and when positive you will receive your job offer the same day.

Ideally, you will receive our feedback the same week, and hopefully our offer based on your current professional qualities. We leave out of the equation issues like your age, previous salary, and years of experience. We value you for you today, and your capability to be successful with your team to accomplish your part of the mission.

After that, we will keep close contact to help you prepare in the best way possible for your new job at Pure Carbon Blue.
